Open Ended Threat: A Cave Creek Anthology

This would be another area where I fell down on posting release news due to everything that happened in 2021.

Back in early 2021, I submitted a story I wrote for a really cool science fiction anthology trilogy about a fictional town called Cave Creek set in Nevada. The tagline was: If the Twilight Zone had a home town, it would be Cave Creek. The anthologies were set in the past, present, and future.

Well, the week after my dad died, I found out I’d sold the story to the anthology set in the present. That was an amazing blessing, particularly since my dad had been so encouraging about it.

The story is called Anniversary, and it appeared in Open Ended Threat: A Cave Creek Anthology, which was published in May 2021.

If you’d like to check the anthology out, you can find it here. If you’d like to see the other anthologies and the stand-alone novel that started the series, you can find them here.

Anniversary is also up in a stand-alone ebook edition. Read the release news here.

Happy reading!
